MSc Aleksandra Jovanoski Kostić

Aleksandra Jovanoski Kostić was born on November 29, 1993 in Sombor. She graduates from the „Miroslav Antić“ elementary school in Čonoplja as a student of the generation, and then from the socio-linguistic department of the „Veljko Petrović“ Gymnasium in Sombor, as Vuk Karadžić diploma holder.

She finished undergraduate studies in chemistry in 2016 at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad with the average grade 9.87/10.00. In 2017, she finished master studies in chemistry at the same faculty with the average grade of 10.00/10.00. The following year, she completed the two-year master studies in forensics at The Association of Centers for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies and Research (ACIMSI), University of Novi Sad, with the average grde of 9.75/10.00. In 2017/18 academic year she enrolled in PhD studies in chemistry at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Sciences.

During the studies, Aleksandra received several scholarships from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, from the Fund for Young Talents-Dositeja, as well as from the Fund for Providing Scholarships and Facilitating Progress of Talented Students and Young Researchers and Artists, University of Novi Sad. She has been awarded several times with the Rewards of the University of Novi Sad for outstanding success during studies. She is the recipient of the Special Award of the Serbian Chemical Society for 2017, for outstanding success during studies.
After her studies, Aleksandra gained her work experience at the Scientific-Technological Center NIS Naftagas d.o.o. Novi Sad, as a Specialist for physicochemical analysis of water; at the Hemofarm a.d., as an Expert Associate in the Team for Investigations, Complaints and Deviations, and as a Technical Manager of the Laboratory at the Institute vatrogas. In june 2021, she obtained Chemical Advisor License.
